Road Transport Project from Al Ruwais to Borg El Arab
In a remarkable display of logistical prowess, BIS 67 recently completed a challenging road transport project from Al Ruwais in the UAE to Borg El Arab in Egypt.
The project involved the transportation of six out-of-gauge (OOG) trucks carrying a variety of specialized equipment. Among the cargo were:
Ballast Regulator: Dimensions of 16,660 mm x 3,100 mm x 3,500 mm and weighing 31,000 kg.
Service Wagon for Welding Machine: With dimensions measuring 13,820 mm x 3,030 mm x 1,250 mm and weighing 12,000 kg.
Four Hopper Wagons: Each wagon measuring 12,740 mm x 3,100 mm x 4,000 m and weighing 23,000 kg.
Undoubtedly, the transportation of such heavy and oversized cargo across international borders presented significant challenges. However, through meticulous planning and unwavering dedication, BIS 67's team in Dubai, along with its expert partners, navigated through the complexities seamlessly. With a focus on innovation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, the company continues to set new benchmarks for excellence.
As the global marketplace becomes increasingly interconnected, the ability to execute complex transport projects is paramount, and BIS 67’s team is experienced and constantly updated to face any challenge.
